The above regulations constitute an important legislative reform promoted within the context of reform and reorganisation of the Department of Registrar of Companies that aim, on the one hand to simplify the procedures of the Companies Section and on the other, to ensure the adequate and timely updating of the companies’ Register.
The new and redesigned forms are gradually being implemented, following the introduction of the necessary system modifications, by publishing a relevant notification of the Registrar of Companies in the Official Gazette.
The Department of the Registrar of Companies is planning to implement the 2nd Bundle of statutory forms in September 2021, as shown in the list provided below.
One of the most significant reforms, the administrative restoration of a company onto the Register, is put into implementation with the 2nd Bundle of statutory forms. Speakers / trainers of the webinars are Mr. Kypros Ioannidis and Mr. Michalis Georgiou of the law firm " Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC.", which is also responsible for the redesign of all forms and the drafting of the relevant amendment bills / Regulations.
