The Intellectual and Industrial Property Section of the Department of Registrar of Companies hereby announces that Trademark publications will be posted on the Section's website according to article 58 of the Trademarks Law (CHA.268). Today, 07/06/2021 the first publication of 2021 has been posted. Any time limits mentioned in the legislation regarding Trademark publications start from the publication date.

Trademark publications that do not derive from the Trademark (Amending) Law (N.63(I)/2020) will continue to be published in the Government Gazette.
