New Trademark Registration and Renewal Certificates
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver hereby announces as of 10/03/2021 certificates of Trademark registration and certificates of Trademark renewal will be issued in their new form according to articles 34(2) and 33 of the Trademarks Law (CHA. 268 as amended) and regulations 24(1) and 49 of the Trademarks Regulations of 2020 (259/2020).
