Implementation of the 1st Bundle of the new and redesigned statutory forms

Following our Announcement dated 11/11/2020, the Registrar of Companies announces that as from February 12th, 2021, the 1st Bundle of the new and redesigned statutory forms of the Companies Section will be implemented in accordance to the relevant Νotifications of the Deputy Registrar of Companies, published in the Official Gazette on 22/1/21:

The new statutory forms are part of the legislative package published on 18/12/2018 in the context of modernization and reorganization of the Department of Registrar of Companies and aims, on the one hand to the simplification of the procedures of the Companies Section and on the other, to ensure the adequate and timely updating of the companies’ Register.

In order to support the users and ensure the most effective implementation of the new forms, the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Commerce organized a series of webinars for the business community in cooperation with Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC., part of Deloitte Legal, who was responsible for redesigning the forms. An extract from the presentation of the above mentioned webinars, which lists, among other things, the most important changes that have been introduced during the redesign of the forms is provided below. 

Within the current year, the 2nd Bundle of statutory forms is expected to be implemented and another series of webinars for the business community will be organised. Within this framework, the business community is encouraged to subscribe to the Companies Section’s Newsletter, in order to receive all relevant notices / announcements.
