The Board of Appeals of EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Section of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, will organise on Thursday, 4^th May 2023, an event titled “EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal Session with IP Practitioners, Judges and Users,” at Cleopatra Hotel, Nicosia.

The aim of the event is the presentation of important issues concerning Intellectual Property, such as recent updates in EUIPO’s Boards of Appeal case law, the latest EU developments in IP, a short guide to EUIPO appeal proceedings and practical aspects of mediation.

Participation is free of charge.

The event will be held in English with simultaneous Greek interpretation and corresponds to 3 CPD units for full attendance by Law professionals, members of the Cyprus Bar.
