Email address for queries regarding the Register of Beneficial Owners of corporate and other legal entities
With regards to the commencement of the collection of the Beneficial Owners information of corporate and other legal entities, by the Registrar of Companies, that has been announced for the 22nd February, 2021 (Announcement 15/1/2021), the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Commerce informs the public that the email address Ubos@meci.gov.cy has been created, where queries regarding the online submission and operation of the Register can be submitted.
In addition, a guide regarding the online submission and operation of the Register will also be published concurrently with the commencement of the Register’s operation.
The public is urged to subscribe to the newsletter of the Companies Section website, in order to receive information on upcoming announcements.
